With the new Teleworking Act, in force since January 1, 2025, Austrians can now complete their work not only from home, but also at other freely selectable locations. What the new Teleworking Act allows
The Teleworking Act 2025 extends the previous regulations on working from home. This on the condition of a written agreement with the employer specifying the location for the work.
