See you in Mallnitz in winter 2024/25!
The ski mountain of the Mallnitz loc als and all their guests is the Ankogel. Known far beyond the borders as a small and fine ski area that scores with natural snow and, when there is fresh snow, with safe deep-snow runs. On the perfectly groomed pistes, winter sports enthusiasts still have plenty of space and a clear run for their carving turns.
The Köfele lifts for beginners and the miniclub for the little ones are located at the valley station of the Ankogelbahn. Culinary and gastronomic delights are on offer at the Jausenstation Raineralm, the Gasthof Alpenrose and the Ski Circus.
At the middle station of the Ankogelbahn there is the Alpengasthof Hochalmblick where Sepp and Heidi Gfrerer have been working with their family and team for decades.
Just below the mountain station is the Hanover House of the Alpine Club where Niklas Meibert has been active since winter 2023/24.
The Ankogelbahn is usually open from Christmas to Easter Monday. For exact opening times and prices, please visit the website .

Since the foundation of the Hohe Tauern National Park in 1981, the accession of Mallnitz in 1986 and the existing geological, ecological and economic conditions , Mallnitz and the Ankogelbahn have developed in line with its facilities.

In general, we see a lot of potential for the future in the Mölltal Glacier and the Ankogelbahn. Last season's experience as a sales partner convinced us to take an active approach.

More than just a climbing aid in summer too
