RESI is your personal source of information for an unforgettable stay in Mallnitz and the surrounding area. Discover, plan and enjoy your vacation time even more easily and comfortably!

Who is RESI?

RESI is a digital platform that offers you all the important information – provided by our Hohe Tauern tourism region – about your vacation in Mallnitz and the Mölltal region at a glance. Whether you are looking for current events, hiking routes, excursion tips or weather reports – RESI has what you need to plan your stay.

How do I get RESI?

We will send you a link for pre-check-in before you arrive. The digital registration system is operated by Feratel on behalf of the Hohe Tauern region.

Please follow the link and fill in the form including your e-mail address. We will then send your personalized link to RESI to this email address.

Now all you have to do is register – email address and a new password and you can see what we have to offer you.

What does RESI offer?

To use RESI, you should always have your smartphone(your email address & your RESI password) and your ID with you.

This gives you access to your included services such as admission to the Tauernbad Mallnitz with sauna, admission to the BIOS National Park Center Mallnitz and much more.

Don’t forget that the ranger tours of the national park, winter yoga and the cross-country skiing set from Wolligger Sports must be booked the day before and are subject to limited availability.

The moon is full on 15.01., 12.02. and 12.03. 2025. You hike with a National Park Ranger after handing out equipment (snowshoes and poles) at 19:30 from the BIOS National Park Center.

The ski bus takes you several times a day to the valley stations of the Ankogelbahn and also to the Mölltal Glacier.

The floodlit toboggan run starts in the Tauerntal valley at the Stockerhütte. Test sledges for guests included. If you prefer to be taken by toboggan cab, this is possible for an extra charge.

Open the RESI link on your smartphone and log in with your email address and password.

Then you can see everything that is on offer in Mallnitz and the region during your vacation period.

RESI is a website that you can also place as an icon on the home screen of your smartphone. It is not necessary to obtain it from an app store.

The RESI link and your e-mail address and password are sufficient.
